Mapon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Partnerships & Research) to drive new business initiatives and expand our partnership network. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record of growing revenue through strategic product partnerships and building strong partner relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to identify and explore new market opportunities, ensuring our continued global growth and success. 

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Identify and source new partnership opportunities in existing and new markets to contribute to business strategy and growth
• Conducting thorough market research, analyzing competitors, and drawing actionable insights for business growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and negotiating partnership agreements
• Forecasting, measuring, and regularly reporting on partnership performance
• Implementing cost-saving initiatives and suggesting process improvements for better efficiency
• Keeping track of industry trends and local and international regulations to stay ahead of the market
• Analyze competitor activities and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation
• Communicate key insights and findings to relevant stakeholders

We expect from you:

• 2+ years of previous experience in business development, partnerships, market research, or similar fields
• Ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data using relevant tools and visualization techniques
• A results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) and knowledge of any other EU language will be considered an advantage
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
