Wasptress is an international Hard & Heavy Rock band based in Europe.
The band Wastpress was formed at the end of 2013 by two latvians - Big Bush and Sixna. They met and decided to create music they'd love themselves, that would be energetic and meaningful. It took them a few years to find the vocal, until at the end of 2015 they met Gaz Hunt from Gloucestershire, England, who joined the band as a vocal and the band become an international. The band then started to work on their first studio album, which is now finished.
The aim of the band is to create high quality music, through which they could express their own view of the world. The people behind Wastpress aim to offer music they'd like themselves, and thus would like others, too.
Band members in different times spent a lot of their career as a studio session musicians recording for Radio & TV, toured Europe, UK and North America, recorded albums, supported some well known acts including Whitesnake, Nazareth, Slade, Sweet, Udo, The Darkness, The Damned, The Levellers, Die Artze, and Magnum to name but a few
